Air conditioner dripping or leaking is a very common problem faced by many of our customers. The most common cause for air conditioner dripping is the clogging of the drain line where water exits the air conditioner. When we clean your air conditioner, we’ll use high pressure water gun to unclog the drain line and that will solve the problem most of the time.

Normally, if circumstances allow, we prefer taking the whole unit out of the window when cleaning it to ensure a more thorough process. However, there are situations (e.g. when the unit itself is already damaged) where taking down the air conditioner is not recommended in which case the cleaning will be done with the unit intact.

We can help replace refrigerant for your air conditioner as long as the outside fan is reachable and accessible with enough space for us to do the task. In cases where the outside fan is located at the exterior of the building then we may have to setup scaffold in order to complete the job.

In normal situations, from preparation, setting up water drain bag, removal of air conditioner case, to cleaning using high pressure water gun, applying liquid solution, reinstalling the case and post-clean tidying up, it should take us around 45-60 minutes to clean one unit of air conditioner.
